The Team: Our TEAM consists of Realtors®, Brokers, Rehabbers, Various Funding sources (private, transactional, short term), Marketers, Bird Dogs and many others. We understand every investment and investment strategy carries various risks, not acceptable to all members of the team. We put together teams that work for profit and want to make deals happen in the shortest time possible.

Peter
William is the eldest brother of PWR Enterprises, LLC. Born in 1969, he has had much of life's education of hard knocks, to which he passed to both his brothers, Peter and Robert. It is obvious they have excelled in life faster than William, but this is not a regret, this is a blessing. Having two younger brothers that listen to wisdom and while he listens to unconventional out of the box thinking has made for a very unique brotherly partnership.
William has a Masters in Business Technology and a B.S. in Computer Technology. He has had several enterprising companies where he has enjoyed his time and fully understood that he is a true entrepreneur. He enjoys sport bike riding from the past 20 years, computer technology, website technology and most of all his family, wife Melissa and 3 beautiful children.
William decided to take on the challenge of Real Estate Investing after talking with his brother Peter and Father Bill for numerous years. When Peter and William found Nouveau Riche, that was the beginning of the end for both of them, especially William.
William participates as a leader for the local Nouveau Riche San Diego 212 team and enjoys his time in Toast Masters. William has had many leadership roles throughout his job and school history, each role expanding his network of friends and resources.
