Our company is NATIONWIDE in all 50 states, currently we are expanding San Diego with this opportunity in Sales and Marketing for Real Estate Education; Assisting student enrollment for real estate investing college

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  ⇒ Implement lead generation strategies for new student enrollment
  ⇒ Review and manage student roster
  ⇒ Learn real estate investing strategies
  ⇒ Learn the course catalog consisting of 9 curriculums and 28 individual courses
  ⇒ Help students with Online Personal Preference Questionnaire for class placement
  ⇒ Customer service issues regarding tuition payment and class scheduling
  ⇒ Once certified and trained, may teach and train other marketers and be compensated for their expertise

  • 2+ years of sales preferred but will train the right person
  • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills (Toastmasters is a plus)
  • Proficient in use of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Professional Appearance and Attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Sales and or Marketing experience are a huge plus
  • You must have a burning desire to succeed and have the ability to manage others

Definitions:

   A "Bird-Dog" is someone who identifies a GOOD Real Estate investment opportunity and places the property under contract with the sole intent of assigning that contract, for a fee, to a person or company with the means to do Short Sales, Whole Selling, or Rehabilitation, for the purposes of reselling below fair market value (FMV).

"Referral Fee": can only be paid to a person who is licensed with the DRE (Department of Real Estate)

   Other Technicalities: Under RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act), a real estate agent engaged in a residential transaction for one to four units with a federally related mortgage loan is generally prohibited from paying a referral fee to an unlicensed person. However, a real estate agent may give a non licensed person a small token of appreciation. There must be no prior agreement that the referring party would receive that token gift in exchange for the referral. It is also noteworthy that RESPA does not prohibit a real estate agent from giving a commission rebate back to his client.

   For the simplicity of discussion, we pay a "Finders/Apprenticeship Incentive Bonus" to people we have specifically trained and ARE in our apprenticeship program. For the sake of simplicity, we will USE the TERM "Bird Dogs" as it is a fun play on words and more fitting to the actual physical work done by our apprentices.
